What happens if a line is flagged as Permanent on a recurring journal entry?

Cause
Resolution
- Flagging a line as temporary will prompt munis to include this line on the next generation, and remove it for future generations. This would mark the line as a one time use.
- Flagging a line as Permanent will prompt munis to generate this line on all future versions of the entry unless the line is removed or otherwise modified.
