Cause
No menu access to File Transfer program
Resolution
Have IT add the File Transfer program to the Department Functions menu.

As access to the System Administration menu is uncommon for the end user, it is recommended that IT add the File Transfer program to the Department Functions menu and open access to the program for all users that way.
