Description of Issue
  • How do I activate a terminated employee?
Context
  • Munis
  • Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • Employee Master
  • Terminated Employee Master
Cause
  • Employee exists in the Munis Database but only within the Terminated Employee Master
Resolution
  1. Access Employee Master: Payroll > Employee Maintenance > Employee Master
  2. Click Add, enter the employee number of the employee you want to reactivate
  3. Press the TAB key, then click Yes to the Terminated Employee prompt
