- Purchase Orders are causing BUA journals
Context

Cause
- Site had unwanted BUA journals that were from cancelled Purchase Orders
- Site no longer wanted new BUA journals to generate
- These journals were created due to settings enabled in Purchasing Settings
- When enabled they create BUA Journals whenever a Purchase Order is cancelled or increased in amount
Resolution
- Navigate to Purchasing Settings
- Check to see if the two permissions for Auto-Decrease CFWD budget and Auto-Increase CFWD budget are checked off
- If you would like to prevent future BUA Journals from being made, please uncheck these settings
- If your site does not want the existing BUA Journals you may delete them from the Budget Transfer and Amendments program
