Description of Issue
  • I am trying to pull a report from position control that has the position number, position description, number of employees, and employee name/number. I previously could do this by doing a search for the positions, then hitting browse. Once the browse screen populated, I could hit the Excel button in the ribbon to have it populate with the employee's name next to the position.
Context
  • Munis
  • Position Control
  • Munis version 2019.1+
Cause
  • Employee ID, Employee Name, and Number of Employees have been removed from the default browse to improve performance
Resolution
  • You can use the Build Emp CountsĀ option to restore these columns to the browse screen
  • Build Emp Counts is located in the ribbon under More
  • Position Control Browse will retain the Employee related information until you exit the program Position Control
