Description of Issue
Why are project year's encumbrance amount negative?
Context
- Project Expense String
- Encumbrance liquidation (Credit)
- Journal Source Codes (COM, COL, POM, POL, EXL)
Cause
The sum of amounts for encumbrance has more credit than debit.
Resolution
If header amount matches detail there is no issue. Amounts should sum the supporting journal line detail.
