Tax Relief Not Applying to Exemption Charges

• Relief Applications are not honoring identified Exemption Charges.

Development is currently researching into this issue.

Please follow these steps to use the current workaround,

1. Navigate to Property Revenues > Property Tax Billing > South > Virginia > Relief Processing > Relief Applications.
2. Click Search.
3. Enter Category, Relief year, and Property ID.
4. Click Accept.
5. Click Application Detail.
6. Click Property Detail.
7. Click Charge Detail.
8. Click Update.
9. Manually apply the tax relief to the correct charge codes.
10. Click Accept.
