Description of Issue

Client's using SaasMail are unable to send emails.

Resolution

All return addresses used with SaasMail must be noreply@tylertech.com

Additional Information

Saasmail is not recommended for a Production environment: Munis Email - Email section in the System Settings is not setup or setup incorrectly

Can Tyler SaaSMail be used in our Production Environment
