Tyler Hosted Munis Email Server Allow List

A list of email relay IPs for sites to allow and how to locate externally facing IP addresses.

Emails are getting lost on the site's end due to the IP addresses of email relay servers being blocked.

The site must allow the following IP Addresses:

How to locate the External IP for the Munis App Server:

1. The External IP for a site's Munis Application server can be retrieved by contacting TSM SaaS in the Support Portal or by taking the steps below

   1. Open CMD and run the following command (use the site's base Munis Application URL): nslookup townoftylertownxxmunisapp.tylerhost.net 8.8.8.8

   2. The External IP will appear in the Address field
   3. Locate the IP for both the Production and NonProduction Munis App Servers
2. Allow the External IP Addresses in the site's SMTP Settings

How to locate the External IP for the Forms Server:

1. The External IP for a site's ReadyForms or DocOrigin server can be retrieved by contacting TSM SaaS in the Support Portal or by taking the steps below

   1. Open CMD and run the following command (use the site's base Forms URL): nslookup townoftylertownxxforms.tylerhost.net 8.8.8.8

   2. The External IP will appear in the Address field
   3. Locate the IP for both the Production and NonProduction Forms Servers
2. Allow the External IP Addresses in the site's SMTP Settings

For troubleshooting purposes the ranges below include all subnets ranges coming from our Tyler Datacenter. Site can allow ranges to identify whether the issue is due to a IP allow list issue coming from the Tyler Datacenter:
