Asset Custom Fields are stored in the following programs:

• Asset Custom Fields (Asset Maintenance > Setup Center > Asset Custom Fields) has custom fields that only appear on assets for the specified category
• Asset Types (Asset Maintenance > Setup Center > Asset Types) has custom fields that only appear on assets with the specified type/department/category combination
• Department Settings (Asset Maintenance > Setup Center > Department Settings) has custom fields that only appear on assets for the specified department or for the specified department/category combination

Functionality to more easily determine where a particular custom field needs to be maintained will be added as an enhancement to a future version under MUN-475915
