Need to update Client Specific address information printing on Enterprise Forms Template

Updating information to include contact phone number

To update/create the file

1. Open WordPad
   1. Do not use Microsoft Word
2. Enter desired information onto page
   1. Information has to manually be entered in WordPad
   2. Copy and Paste can cause issues
3. Format address as desired for font style and size
4. File > Save As > Rich Text Format (*.rtf)
5. Name the file ClientAddress

To upload file in the Template:

1. Login to Enterprise ERP
2. Navigate to Enterprise Forms Administration in the Tyler Menu
3. Locate the affected template
4. Click on the Form Design tab
5. Scroll down to Client Information
6. Click on the box labeled Address
7. Navigate through the windows Open dialogue and find the ClientAddress.rtf file created above
8. Click Open
9. Click Save on the template
10. Repeat the steps to import the life to all of Templates used
