Description of Issue

The Announcement tab in Tyler Hub is missing.

Cause

The old Message of the Day feature in Munis 11.3 is not functional in newer versions of Munis. The Announcement tab in Tyler Hub serves the same purpose and has the same feature set as Message of the Day.

Resolution

If the Announcement tab is missing then make sure that Tyler Hub is fully up to date.
