How to edit Favorites Hub card

How to delete/edit program from Favorites Hub card.

The Favorite Hub card needs to be edited. 

1. Click on pencil icon on the Favorites Hub card. 
2. Click the pencil icon next to the favorite that needs to be edited. 
   1. Use the trashcan icon to delete a favorite. 
   2. Rename the favorite by typing the desired name. 
   3. Click the check mark to stop editing a favorite.
3. To add a new favorite, check programs to be added to favorites from the menu on the left. 
4. When the desired programs are checked, click Add. 

User does not have pencil icon in Hub menu - Content Manager is not granted to user

User unable to Add Card, Add Page, Browse Content, update Page Layout, or access Connection Builder
