Description of Issue
Need to install the latest release version of Enterprise Forms Administration via Tyler Deploy.
Need new Year End Tax Templates
Context

Cause
Need to install the latest version of Enterprise Forms administration for Year End Tax updates, bug fixes or new functionalities.
Resolution
- Sign into Tyler Deploy
- Click on Overview, under Deployment section on the left side Menu
- The page will display all products and versions your site currently use
- Click on the environment version under ReadyForms
- Click on Channel and select the highest version
- Click on Release and select the highest version available
- Click on now/later if you would like to schedule the update to be installed on a specific time.
- Uncheck the box for Force Redeployment
- Check Prereqs must be selected
- this is a very import configuration, if not checked and pre-requisites are missing in the server, the application will display a Blank page or give an error
- Click Start
Once update is complete, if user get a 404 error, please try to clear browse cache: Clearing Web Browser Cache - Internet Explorer Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome
Additional Information
- Upgrade is quick - less than 10 min
- It does not affect users in Munis as long as they are not processing any Forms.
- It does not require a server reboot, unless a pre-requisites were missing and automatically installed via TylerDeploy during the ReadyForms upgrade.
- ReadyForms version is independent of the Munis version. We recommend to always upgrade to latest version as it contains bugs fixes and new functionalities.
