834 Report - BGN08 Element Setup

Our BGN08 is being reported as 2 but should be reported as 4, how do we adjust his in the 834 Report?

• BGN Segment

This element is by default referencing the OP1 - Master Option segment and specifically the OP104 - File Option element.

1. Navigate to the program Employee Benefits 834 Export.
   
   • Menu > Human Capital Management > Human Resources > Benefits Administration > Benefits Enrollment > Employee Benefits 834 Export
2. Select 834 Report to access the report definition web page.
3. Navigate to the file you wish to review.
4. Select the OP1 - Master Option segment, then select the OP104 - File Option element.
5. Ensure this set to the Type FIELD NAME.
6. Select Update and click the line under Source Detail to open a new web page containing the hard coded options available.
7. Use 4 for a full file definition.
8. Click Accept to save to update the element.
9. Click Accept to save the updates to the report.
