How to enable Partial Payments in CSS

Can't enable partial payments in Citizen Self Service

Do not have access to enable partial Payments

• User Administration
• Citizen Administration
• Bill Categories

In this scenario a CSS admin user might be looking to enable partial payments within Citizen Administration but seem to not have access to the section where the setting is located.

1. From within CSS Administration the user should navigate to User Administration and then locate the user in question
2. Click Edit
3. From the Citizen Administration section enabled the following:
   1. Enable Application
   2. Enable appropriate payment and/or billing category looking to allow partial payments
4. Click Update

A user with elevated permissions may need to make these changes if the above is attempted and are unable to reach these settings.
