Resolution

Please create a case with TSM SaaS for further assistance in the Support Portal.

Content Manager Database refreshes from Prod to Non-Prod environments are NOT recommended as storage requirements/needs for these databases are extensive. The documents from a refresh will never truly be current from Prod to Non-Prods, as the refresh is a snapshot in time of records. The best way to test TCM functionality in a Non-Prod environment is to fully process a document from start to finish to be sure that it pulls the correct data and is viewable in TCM as expected of that manual entry.

If a TCM Database refresh is done, please know that the Non-Prod database will be a snapshot and will be stale data as it is not a live or consistently updated database linked to your Live/Prod environment.
