Disable access to User Defined tab in Employee Master

Site wants to remove users' access to the User Defined Fields tab in Employee Master.

• Roles

Category Access for USER DEFINED FIELDS is set to Update / Delete.

1. Navigate to Roles 
   1. EERP > System Administration > Security > Roles 
2. Search on Role 
3. Click Accept 
4. Select HR Management / Payroll folder 
5. Select Category Access tab 
6. Click Update 
7. Locate the USER DEFINED FIELDS Category 
8. Select No Access under the Employee Master column 
   1. If desired, select No Access for Terminated Employees, Projections, and Personnel Actions columns
9. Click Accept
10. After updates, users should no longer see the User Defined tab in Employee Master
