Description of Issue

How can I automate a rejection email notification when an applicant gets eliminated from consideration based on a knockout question?

Cause

Informational.

Resolution
  1. Navigate to Recruiting Settings
    1. EERP > Human Capital Management > Recruiting > Recruiting Settings
  2. Click Update
  3. Click the Pending Applicant Status Changes tab
  4. Under the Process for Knockout Questions, use the dropdowns to define an Applicant Status, Recruitment Status, and Email Template combination
    1. e.g. Applicant Status - REJECTED and Recruitment Status - CLOSED and Email Template - KODF
      1. When this combination is met on the Pending Applicant record it will automate a rejection email to send to the applicant
  5. Click Accept
Additional Information
  • The Knockout Questions Default Template (KODF) is maintained in Recruiting Emails under the Process for Applicant Knockout Email.
