Description of Issue

Set up ReadyForms delivery definitions to email customers

Navigate to System Administration > Printer / Device Administration > ReadyForms > Delivery Definitions

  1. Click Search to locate a delivery definition, or Add to create a new one

  2. Click Accept

  3. Under the Steps heading, click Add

  4. In the Name field, under the Step Details heading, enter a name for the step (ex. 'Email')

  5. Under the Templates tab, check the box of the form template to be used

    1. Make sure Template is configured correctly: Archived or Emailed Enterprise Forms (ReadyForms) record contains all images from run

  6. Scroll down and check the Email checkbox

  7. Select Customer email from the Send email to dropdown (the To Email Address will then default to the email on the customer record)

  8. Check Include Attachment checkbox

  9. In the From Email Address field, enter the address of your organization, as you would like it to appear in the customer email

    1. Employee Emails does NOT normally work unless the site IT make proper configurations to employee mailbox. If EEPR (Munis) workflow email work properly the same email address can be used with RF Emails or IT has to create a new one with proper configurations like the workflow email account.

    2. If site is hosted by SaaS and uses saasmail as relay: Emailing with SaasMail Relay

    3. If site is hosted by SaaS using the Tyler SES service in AWS: Tyler Forms emails not sending after moving to AWS

  10. Enter a Subject and/or Message

  11. Click Accept
