Description of Issue
- VOID is printing on the Form
- Like to discontinue the use of the signature device
Context

Cause
- Signature Key Stopped working and printing still needs to be done
- Site not using a signature key at all
- Secure Print Module is not available
Resolution
- Go to ReadyForms template configuration Page
- Using the side menu, navigate to the form type you wish to remove the void from
- Double-Click the template that will be edited
- Go to the Forms Design tab
- Click on the Use Secure Print Module option to turn it off
- If the switch is grey, it is off. If it is yellow, the secure print module will be required
