Departments Missing in UB Work Order Print

There are departments that are not available for use for the Servicing and Requesting Department fields in UB Work Order/Print.

• UB Work Order/Print
• Department settings 

They do not have the Requesting or Servicing departments checked off in the Department settings for the department.

Navigate to Asset Maintenance > Work Order > Setup > Department Settings 

1. Search for the department that you want to use.
2. Click Update and check off Requesting field if you want to use it for requesting department.
3. Check off Servicing, if you want to use it for Servicing department.
4. Click Accept.

You can also get to this program from the UB work order/print program 

1. Go to a record, then click Update.
2. Click either folders next to the Requesting Department or Servicing Department fields.
