Description of Issue

Context

Cause
- User can see too many programs in their Tyler Menu
- User cannot see enough programs in their Tyler Menu
Resolution
- Navigate to Enterprise ERP > System Administration > Security > Roles.
- Search for the Role.
- Select the Menu Security Tab.
- Select the menu header you wish to edit. The Caption field corresponds to the menu header in the Munis menu.
- Use the Back and Forward options to navigate to Munis programs within each menu header.
- Example: Click Human Capital Management, then Forward; click Payroll, then Forward, etc..
- Click Edit.
- Add or remove checkmarks in the Role Access column to grant or remove access to Munis programs
- Select Accept from the Ribbon to save changes.
- End user will need to log out of/log into Munis and refresh Tyler Menu to see changes.
- Next to Tyler Menu, click three dots.
- Click Refresh.
