Unable to update billing dates to Annual one-installment bills through the MD Tax Bills program.
Unable to update Billing dates to existing Annual one-installment bills through a subsequent Bill run through the Generate Accounts Receivable program.

Resolution
Development is currently researching the issue.
Issue is with Annual one-installment bills only. If looking to also transfer a bill from Semiannual to Annual, a workaround is to update the billing dates through Tax Bills while the bill is still semiannual. Then create a second Adjustment to move the Semiannual bill to Annual. Contact Enterprise ERP Tax Support for further assistance.
