Cause

Resolution

The tcmadmin account, typically displayed on Site Reports as tcmadmin, is a service account utilized to process and archive attachments from integrating products (such as Tyler Forms and Cashiering) into TCM. It is also utilized within Munis to sync users and reset the master password. It should not be utilized to login to the TCM Full Client as it will not have proper permissions.

The admin account, typically displayed on Site Reports as admin (TCM), is intended for use by support teams (such as TSM, CM Support for ERP, and TCM Support) to sign into the TCM Full Client and have full administrative rights.
