Description of Issue
  • Cannot select the correct position in supervisor field of Position Control
  • Supervisor reverts to blank when defining in Position Control
  • Supervisor does not exist in Position Control
Context
  • Munis (V2018.1+)
  • Position Control
Cause
  • The subordinate's potion has an Effective Date prior to the Supervisor's Position 
Resolution
  1. Access Position Control and determine the Effective Date on the supervisor's position
  2. Access Position Control and select the subordinate's position
  3. Click Duplicate, and change the Effective Date to be greater than or equal to supervisor's position
  4. Add the supervisor to the Supervisor field
  5. Click Accept
