Description of Issue
- The sublocation quantity on hand is incorrect
- Item shows duplicate sublocation warehouse
- Expanding item details in the Items program shows the duplicate sublocation
- Duplicate sublocations exist on the WarehouseSublocationItems table
- Duplicate sublocations are shown for an item in the Enter Inventory Counts program
- Errors received when attempting to transfer an item:

- Transfer-receipt failed. See error log for further details.

Install MUN-485030 once it's been released
Workaround:
- Contact Enterprise ERP Assets and Civic Support to have it corrected with a SQL script
- To prevent this issue from happening in the future, refresh the Items program before making any updates to the item record
