Description of Issue

I need to add or update who has permission to use admin features in Cloud Admin and receive notifications

Context
  • SaaS
  • Cloud Admin
  • User Management
  • Authorized Users
  • Database Refreshes
  • Cashiering/Reporting Accounts
Cause
  • Currently authorized users for cloud admin
  • Need to update authorized users
Resolution
  • Server migration has made this form temporarily unavailable using previous instructions(below). Escalation to Cloud Admin has been initiated. A pdf of the form is available here: Cloud Admin SaaS Authorization Form

Before 5/24/2024, the process was here:

  1. Open up a web browser
  2. Go to: www.cloudadmin.tylertech.com
  3. Sign-In using your Munis Username and password
  4. Select User Account Management > SaaS Authorization Form
  5. Input your six digit 2 Factor Authentication code (xxxxxx) from your Google Authenticator App
  6. Review and update the form
  7. Click Submit Changes
