A new form template is needed to fulfill an office need.
- Navigate to Tyler Menu > Forms > Enterprise Forms
- Select the category that best represents the needed template from the left-hand side menu
- Select the desired template from the subcategory menu
- In the bottom right-hand corner, click the yellow + to create a new template
- Give your template a description and select from the available layouts
- Under configuration options, choose the PCL option for physically printing, or choose the PDF option for archiving, downloading, or emailing
- Under Advanced Options, you can designate tray selections for check printing, or choose whether or not the document processes as individual files or a large packet: Archived or Emailed Enterprise Forms (ReadyForms) record contains all images from run
- The Data Display Options tab on templates will vary by form type, but these give control over some options that are able to be displayed or toggled off for the template, as well as options for how it is sorted
- In the Form Design tab, customize colors appropriate to branding, add logos, backers and signatures
- When complete, click the Save button in the bottom right-hand corner of the template window
Please note that image file type .png is the preferred image file type to use with Form templates for items such as signatures and logos:
