Cause

Resolution

General Ledger Menu > Journal Entry / History > Import Journals

  1. Click Define

  2. If a template is needed, select Standard Excel and click Generate; populate and save

  3. Fill in import criteria

  4. Click Accept

  5. Click Pre-Edit

  6. Click Import
