Permissions to approve Pending W-4 Requests

There is no approve button in the Pending W-4 Requests program

Category Access for Employee Deductions was set to Inquiry Only under the Employee Master tab.

1. Navigate to the Roles program ERP>System Administration>Security>Roles
2. Click the Search button in the tool bar
3. Search for the role associated with the user
4. Click on the HR Management / Payroll Folder
5. Click on the Category Access tab
6. Locate the category Employee Deductions
7. Ensure that Update/Delete is selected under the Employee Master tab for Employee Deductions
