Email Unable to Send: Failed messages: javax.mail.SendFailedException: Invalid Addresses; nested exception is: com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPAddressFailedException: 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay

Emails aren't sending from ExecuTime after entering in SMTP information. Received the following error message on the Communication tab: Email Unable to Send: Failed messages: javax.mail.SendFailedException: Invalid Addresses; nested exception is: com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPAddressFailedException: 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay

SMTP Server doesn't allow emails to be sent to email addresses that are not in its domain

Verify that the email address that will be receiving emails from the SMTP server has the same domain as the customer's domain as the customer's SMTP server may not allow relay to other domains.

For example:

Emails can only be sent to email address that end with @smithcity.com while all other emails will fail to send email addresses like @tylertech.com

This is a SMTP Server configuration and not an issue with ExecuTime.
