Description of Issue

When right clicking a screen to Print, the Print Preview is blank.

Unable to Print screen after upgrading to 2021.X.

Context

  • Accounts Receivable

  • Accounts Payable

  • General Billing

  • Utility Billing

  • 2021.X

Cause

Issue occurs in the GDB with either Dark or Light Mode enabled.

Resolution

Development is currently researching the issue. 

Print Preview works if you Turn on high contrast in Window's Settings.
