Description of Issue

311 requests that create a service request do not show a reference number when converted to a work order in the Work Order Management and Field Work programs

Cause

Defect

Resolution

Install MUN-435619 once it's been released

Workaround: Add a default activity code to the Request Types in Citizen Request Settings to have the ESR request automatically create a work order
