Description of Issue

The Message Below Could not be Delivered. 550-5.7.1[208.64.237.255] Messages Missing a valid Message-ID header are not 550.5.7.1 accepted.

Cause

EERP is configured to use Saamail for email relaying and using a non-compliant from/ reply address

Resolution

The only supported reply/ from address when using Saasmail is noreply@tylertech.com 

Additional Information

If using the Tyler SES service in AWS the reply address must end in @mail.munis.tylerhost.net
