Description of Issue
User does not have access to check off Full Shipment box in PO Receiving program
Context
- Purchase Order Receiving
- Munis
Cause
User does not have the proper permissions in their Purchase Order Role.
Resolution
Please go to System Administration > Security > User Attributes
1. Search your User
2. On the bottom left side, click the filter button.
3. To the right click on the Module drop down and select Purchase Orders
4. Above the filter there is a row of buttons, select "Edit Role" on your users role for POs.
5. Click Update
6. Check off Allow 'Select All' in PO Receiving
7. Accept
Additional Information
User will need to refresh MUNIS, but they will have access to the Full Shipment button in PO Receiving after.
