Description of Issue

Trying to print a Form but get error message: "Cannot continue with forms printer. An error occurred while loading XML file. Status: - 15632"

Cause

It appears that the user is selecting an incorrect printer

User defined incorrect format

Resolution

You can only process DocOrigin forms via two ways:

  • Either using the specific program in EERP (Munis). Example: Create PAF option in the Personnel Action - Action Entry ribbon toolbar
  • or via My Saved/Saved Reports
