Can't enable partial payments in Citizen Self Service
Do not have access to enable partial Payments
Context

- Citizen Administration
- Bill Categories
Cause
In this scenario a CSS admin user might be looking to enable partial payments within Citizen Administration but seem to not have access to the section where the setting is located.
Resolution
- From within CSS Administration the user should navigate to User Administration and then locate the user in question
- Click Edit
- From the Citizen Administration section enabled the following:
- Enable Application
- Enable appropriate payment and/or billing category looking to allow partial payments
- Click Update
A user with elevated permissions may need to make these changes if the above is attempted and are unable to reach these settings.
