Description of Issue

Need assistance with removing Org Admin rights from a user in Admin Center

Context

Cause

Need to remove Organizational Admin permissions

Resolution

  1. Login to Admin Center as an existing Org Admin https://<clientIdentifier>-admin.tylerportico.com/org/admin-center/dashboard

  2. Under Manage Users, search for the user and click on the account

  3. Click the kebob (three vertical dots) in the top right-hand corner

  4. Click Remove as org admin
