Does Tyler Identity Citizen support multi-factor authentication?

Cause


Resolution

TID-Citizen supports multi-factor authentication.

To enable:

  1. Navigate to the TCP profile at: https://profile.tylerportico.com/portal/profile
  2.  Select Edit profile info from the profile page
  3. Select Extra verification
  4. Choose the method for the second authentication
    • SMS (text message)
    • E-mail
Additional Information

When enabled, you will receive a one-time code or link as a verification step when signed-in.
