User attended a virtual Enterprise ERP (Munis) User Group and was shown support resources that were new to them. They needed information on how to access these resources.

A new user needs access to Enterprise ERP Online Support resources.

  1. Navigate to the Tyler Tech website at www.tylertech.com.

  2. Click on Register in the top right corner of the page.

  3. Select Enterprise ERP or the product that you are most frequently working with from the product list.

  4. Fill in the required fields:

    1. First Name

    2. Last Name

    3. Email Address

    4. Password

    5. Confirm Password

    6. Phone Number

    7. Organization 

    8. State

    9. Department

    10. Job Title

      • Tyler Client Number - This field is not required to submit.

  5. Click blue Register for access to tylertech.com at bottom of page to submit registration.

We do not permit portal registration for generic/shared/distribution email; each portal registration will need to belong with a singular person with a work domain email address.

You can request a generic/shared/distribution email address to be added to your account after registration to receive portal case notifications: Use department email to receive all comments from all support cases

Registration can take upwards to two business days to complete.
