Error is possibly related to on-the-fly Penalty This specific error is caused by a bad data condition. When the Number of Installments is reduced on the Tax Year Settings record, the InstallmentDetail record is left out there. If you Copy Tax Year Settings to a new Year or Cycle, the unused InstallmentDetail record carries over as an unused Installment Number 0.
