How to locate the External IP for the Munis App Server:

Open 

    1. Open CMD

 and

    1.  and run the following command (use the site's base Munis Application URL): nslookup townoftylertownxxmunisapp.tylerhost.net 8.8.8.8

    2. The External IP will appear in

the

 field

    2. Locate the IP for both the Production and NonProduction Munis App Servers

  2. Allow the External IP Addresses in the site's SMTP Settings
