Navigate to Tyler Menu > ReadyForms > ReadyForms Administration Forms > Enterprise Forms Administration
On the ReadyForms Template Configuration page (link found on site report on Munis version 11.3) select Payroll from the list on the left-hand side
Select Payroll Check
Select your payroll template
Select left-side Menu, on the type of Template
On the right-side, click on the Template that signature need to be removed
1. How to identify if Template is standard or custom
Click on Form Design tab
Delete any images saved image(s) located under Signatures section
Select Click Save
