Tyler routinely monitors our supported payment providers to ensure they align with the goal of providing the best experience for our clients and their constituency. In addition, with the incorporation of the Digital Solutions Division (NIC), Tyler now has the ability to serve more client payment needs directly. As a result, Tyler has elected to discontinue support for BridgePay on December 31, 2024. If you currently leverage BridgePay as a gateway for payment processing, your organization will need to secure a supported alternative ahead of the December 31, 2024 deadline.
