The Roll to NY button is under the More drop down in Contract Change Orders If the button is not visible on the screen, the there are two things that need to be checked: - The permission Perform Contract Roll is not granted to the user
. - Go to User Attributes > Security > Roles > Contract Management and grant the Perform Contract Roll

- Holding Current Year Open is not checked off in GL settings
- Go to Financials > General Ledger > End of Period > Fiscal Year End Processing > Set Holding Year Open Flag and check off the flag
