. - Go to User Attributes > Security > Roles > Contract Management and grant the Perform Contract Roll

- Holding Current Year OpenĀ is not checked off in GL settings
- Go to Financials > General Ledger > End of Period > Fiscal Year End Processing > Set Holding Year Open Flag and check off the flag
