• Org code not tied to any accounts is no longer needed

• Incorrect number used

Delete the organization code

that is not tied to any existing account

1. Browse to Enterprise ERP > Financials > General Ledger Menu > Set up chart of accounts > Chart of account segments

1. Click Accept

1. Click Change Segment

2. Update GL Segment

1. to Organization

2. Click

1.  Accept

1. Click Search

2. Type

1. in Org Code

1. Click Accept

2. Click Delete

If the ORG code is tied to an account it cannot be deleted, if the account has no posted journals against it it can be deleted to free up the ORG for delete
