A user who has GL Role Permission 'Import journals as interface was ' used Journal Import with option to 'Import as interface' selected during import and no workflow Journal Type with Interface option selected exists

If GLJ workflow exists with Journal Type defined as Interface only transactions imported with option Import as interface satisfy the rule condition.

To ensure that imported journals trigger workflow, users must uncheck the box next to Import as interface when defining import parameters within Import Journals and ensure workflow Journal Type is set to Standard.
