Asset Custom Fields are stored in the following programs:

  •  Asset Asset Custom Fields (Munis > Asset Maintenance > Setup > Setup Center > Asset Custom Fields)  Asset Types (Munis >Asset has custom fields that only appear on assets for the specified category
  • Asset Types (Asset Maintenance > Setup > Setup Center > Asset Types) has custom fields that only appear on assets with the specified type/department/category combination
  • Department Settings (Munis Asset Maintenance > Setup > Setup Center > Department Settings)  has custom fields that only appear on assets for the specified department or for the specified department/category combination
