  1. Navigate to the program where you wish to rename the label
  2. Click on Settings denote by the Settings (cog wheel icon)button in the bannerOmni bar
  3. Select Customize Screen Form
  4. Click Update
  5. Tab through to select Scroll or tab to find the field you wish to modify Enter the new label in the modified label fieldand enter new field name in the Label (Modified) column
  6. Click Acceptto save any changes
